The D Policy for Schools and Districts

I believe that they should take away the D policy i believe if that's the case,then they should take away having a C in a class in order to pass it makes no sense.Because,all a C says is that your average Joe as everyone else.If their trying to make some kind of point make a point to have just A and B as passing and C,D and F as failing.I dont think that it justicifies anything if you have the minium of a C, to pass it should be a minium of a C-.The whole schooling system is off to me,and so unparallel in a way, that there has to be a complete change in the system in order for it to equal out.Because if their going to change the grading agenda then they should change the whole way of the way schools are period.
